What is the main advantage of using domestic resources? In addition to the lower impact on the environment thanks to the short transport routes of this fresh produce, the local economy is also boosted. This, in turn, places great emphasis on quality. For all these reasons, we at DOG'S LOVE decided to manufacture our products in Austria right from the start.

Styria is not called the ‘green heart of Austria’ for nothing. The landscape offers great natural diversity, from lush alpine meadows to austere volcanic rock. What grows and thrives there nourishes us and does us good.

This region is also where the focus of our production lies. The cooperative food processing facility collaborates with local farmers. The advantage of this is that they both provide regional raw materials and are involved in the expert processing. Attention is paid to selection, quality and implementation at every step of the process.

Since the welfare of all animals is close to our hearts, we only work with farms that can guarantee ethical husbandry. In addition, our organic products contain only ingredients from organic cultivation. If it says Bio on the outside, it's organic on the inside. Our production in Styria has the ‘Austria Bio-Guarantee Seal’, the recognised organic seal of the food authority.

Processing all raw materials as quickly as possible ensures that only fresh ingredients make their way into the feed. Thanks to expert preparation, DOG'S LOVE is served to our dogs at the highest food quality. So if you like, feel free to try the food for yourself!

What is now enshrined in law was not always a matter of course. Pet food must be tailored to the species, its individual species’ needs, and the age of the target group.

We at DOG'S LOVE wanted to go one step further. Our feed not only complies with the feed directives for animals, but also with European food law. The regulation states, among other things, that food must be fit for human consumption and free from any contamination and harmful substances. In addition, exact tracing of the individual ingredients must be possible. Our feed production in Styria is ‘IFS Food’ certified. This means that it meets the high quality standards of national and international food production, and that regular controls guarantee this standard.
